Event Manager Zürich recruitment

In this varied and fast paced role you will be independently running events such as trade fairs, seminars, social events and road shows from initial conception through to the implementation of the project. In addition to this you will be organising various internal events such as employee events. In accordance with these events you will be preparing relevant communication activities to fully benefit the organisation and managing the budget for any planned events. Providing support to the sales team is also vital in this role in addition to coordinating with other internal and external partners.

The successful candidate should hold at least 4 years of experience in event management and should have completed training for marketing, sales manager or event coordinator. In addition to this, you should have strong communication skills, a creative mind set and a highly organised personality. Fluency in both German and English is required and you should have strong skills with MS Office, Adobe InDesign and Siebel.
