The Group
Our commercial tax team is central to our success and a key part of our strategy. It operates across all three of our offices -London,Manchester and Leeds- and is praised for both its breadth and depth, displaying expertise across MA, private equity, corporate and real estate structuring and transactional support as well as the provision of high level, stand-alone commercial tax advice.
Our Manchester team is undoubtedly the region's pre-eminent tax practice. It offers a high quality, integrated service to a client base that includes major corporates, institutional investors, private equity houses, management teams, major financial institutions and acquisitive, entrepreneurial businesses.

The Role
We are now seeking an exceptional mid to senior tax associate. The successful candidate will have outstanding technical skills and advice delivery, the enthusiasm to work with a range of clients, the ability to effectively build both internal and external relationships and a genuine desire to be based in Manchester.
