Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing a team of trade services personnel and ensuring they have the required level of expertise to answer customers' queries and apply operational standard required by the bank. You will also need to maintain control over daily operations and ensure that the Bank's policies, operational guidelines are adhered to by team members and Shared Service Centre. Ensuring excellent operational standards/ compliance as well as strong quality control on operational/ transactional risks will be part of your core responsibilities.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a university degree and comes with 10 years trade processing experience of which 5 years should be in managerial position. You need to have strong trade product knowledge and sound understanding of UCP rules, legal risk management and control. You also need to possess excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills.
