Exchange Traded Derivatives Product Development Manager recruitment

The Product Development Manager will work closely with clients, client service personnel and IT on a number of projects focused on improving our client technology offering. Specifically, once the individual is comfortable with our front-to-back offering, he/she will visit clients, communicate enhancements, and deliver to a vision for the Global clearing platform. The individual will eventually drive the vision forward and manage a team to integrate global clearing across prime services.

Activities include:

- Program management and number of projects simultaneously

- Liaising with IT to define delivery timelines and ensure that projects meet business objectives.

- Project management of the deliverables from the business side.

- Business analysis and requirements gathering.

- Coordinate migration/decommissioning efforts

- Manage user testing and coordinate UAT.

- Develop Implementation/Migration plans.

- Develop and maintain excellent relationship with Client Services, IT Business Divisions

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or International equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience on Wall Street

Preferred Qualifications
- Solid self starter with ability to work independently
- Good understanding of Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) business
- Working experience within Investment Banking
- Strong communication and team building skills
