Executive Assistant – Zurich city recruitment
In this animated and multitasking role you will be supporting a team of managers in their daily business in a very varied role. Your tasks would include assisting the managers with client relationships, organising meetings and road shows, acting as key point of contact between different offices, assisting with providing management reporting for presentational purposes and taking meetings’ minutes. Furthermore, you will be able to gain further knowledge of the business including understanding of investment products.
The successful candidate should hold a KV or apprenticeship education and have gained professional experience of 3 to 6 years in a similar role. Additionally, you should be fluent in German, English and French. You should demonstrate outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Our client is looking for a motivated person with a dynamic spirit to fulfil this position.
