Executive Assistant – Global Hedge Fund – London recruitment

This is a busy and varied role, and the successful candidate will be required to manage complex diaries to schedule various internal meetings, including monthly board meetings. They will also have the ability to work independently in order to produce high quality documentation and management reports for such meetings. There will be agendas to draft, minutes to write, travel arrangements and interviews to co-ordinate, along with the opportunity to be involved with the organisation of one-off and regular events involving the Company Secretary.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can demonstrate:

-Exceptional office administration experience

-A minimum of a 2.1 degree from a top tier university

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Effective team working skills

-The ability to work under pressure and retain a calm disposition

-Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise

-Proven delivery of quality support service

-Open, friendly and approachable manner

-Confidence to engage senior employees
