EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT


The highly skilled and versatile individual we seek will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our Brooklyn based health care organization’s Executive Office along with providing administrative support to the Senior Vice President.


Specific responsibilities will include:

• coordinating appointments, meetings, schedules and calendars
• answering/screening/directing callers to appropriate resources
• maintaining databases and filing systems
• developing and composing correspondence
• obtaining appropriate information and creating reports
• coordinating/tracking work flow
• handling a variety of related duties and special projects as assigned

To qualify, you will need at least 5 years of executive level experience, proficiency handling heavy calendar scheduling and advanced PC skills (MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Beyond strong interpersonal and administrative/secretarial skills, you must possess superior follow-up, organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Typing (55wpm) and a background dealing with all levels of management are also essential. Ability to prioritize work assignments will be expected. Associates degree and bilingual preferred.
