We are looking for a highly driven Executive Assistant for the Director Operations, Manager, Project Coordinator and the Director of Finance for the Philadelphia office. This is a temporary to permanent position. You need to be able to wear multiple hats and take on any task at hand that the executive will need done.
Essential Duties:
Provide administrative support to Director of operations and direct reports
Greet clients, answer phone calls and and handle general office duties
Creative documents, process requests, manage special projects
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials and attend to take minutes
Maintain office supplies, mail and equipment
Participate in Executive Counsel meetings, take minutes and administer notes
Who we're looking for
Requirements:
Seven years administrative/executive assistant experience
Financial experience preferred
Highly energetic - must be able to go above and beyond
Must be detail oriented, organized and have excellent communication skills
Must have a flexible work schedule and work when needed
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all time
Proficient in Microsoft office suite and MS Project
