Executive Assistant

One of Randstad's preferred clients is looking for an Executive Assistant in St. Petersburgh, FL. All Candidates must have 8 plus years of experience supporting C-level executives.

The right candidate will have experience working within Microsoft Office 2007 with expert skills in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook. The position will also require basic data entry skills, answering phones, and handling domestic/international travel arrangements, expense reports, as well as event planning. The candidate will administer the executive's calender and decide which scheduled events or meetings are the most appropriate use of the executive's time. This department is an integral function of our client's business.

--Experience answering multi line phone systems
--Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting C-level Executives
--Associates Degree
--Experience planning events and managing multiple calendars
--Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and coordinating travel arrangements
