Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator Job in Miami Lakes 33016, Florida Us

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or equivalent work experience concentrating in Marketing
· Familiarity with different facets of marketing including online marketing, brochures, presentations, etc.
· Ability to effectively manage an executive’s calendar by scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements
· Ability to plan, manage, and host company and client marketing events
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
· 3-5 years of experience assisting a mid- or high level Marketing Executive is preferred
· Capable of working independently as well as part of a team environment
· Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated and driven to succeed
· Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite products
· Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills
· Bilingual English / Spanish
Desirable skills:
· Experience with graphics software, i.e. Photoshop and brochure applications
· Experience in a customer service/retail/hospitality role
