An opportunity exists for a professional and loyal Part-Time Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join an award winning property developer located on St Kilda Road.

Supporting a Victorian Manager and a Development Director, this diverse role will require extensive diary management and meeting coordination, the ongoing management of staff files, coordinating monthly project review reports, formulating submissions, processing all expense claims and credit card expenditure and arranging interstate travel.

As the Office Manager you role will also require you to oversee and assist the reception and administration assistant, ensure reception / administration staff are performing at their optimum. You will also be required to Manage and maintain office systems, ensure all office systems are functioning at their best and are well maintained. Systems include electronic filing, hard copy filing, server backup, IT support and stationary supplies.

Imperative to your success in this role will be your proven Executive Assistant experience within a professional services or property firm coupled with exemplary communication skills and presentation, a friendly and approachable nature coupled with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
