The CEO of Triad Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an exceptional and experienced executive and personal assistant to support all aspects of the Executive Office. 

Primary responsibilities for this role are to organize and manage:

·         Daily business and personal agenda, scheduling and itinerary,

·         Maintain an organized and efficient executive office,

·         Maintain business relationships with inside and outside contacts,

·         Arrangements and scheduling for travel,

·         Occasional event planning (board meetings, conferences etc),

·         Every aspect of executive support, from mundane clerical to high level project management.

·         Provide support to other key executives as needed

Requirements:  

·         Experience supporting executive management in an office environment for 5+ years,

·         High energy work ethic,

·         Excellent, up-to-date use of technology -- PCs, Windows Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc), cell phones

·         Experience managing and coordinating projects,

·         Strong organizational skills,

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills,

·         Motivated self starter, who can be relied on to accomplish tasks with no supervision,

·         Can work under pressure and be able to prioritize and multi-task.

·         Must be available by phone or email in the evenings and weekends if needed.
