Booming Westside Firm is actively seeking an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate is an energetic multi-tasker who loves to be “on the go” and has extensive experience managing urgent priorities for an accomplished senior executive. This is a great opportunity for a proactive self-starter to engage with the vision and leadership of a rapidly growing firm.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complex international and domestic travel, including booking hotels and arranging point-to-point transportation
• Liaise with various departments to set up conference calls and meetings
• Heavy scheduling and calendar management
• Draft and distribute time-sensitive correspondence
• Review and approve expense reports
• Take on additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
• 5+ years of administrative experience in a large corporate environment
• Thrives in a fast-moving, high energy setting
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with all levels of management and staff
• Meticulous attention to detail to review correspondence and expense reports
• Polished and poised under pressure
• Flexible to adapt to shifting priorities and last-minute changes in schedule
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
