This is a senior administrative position, prior supervisory experience is required.

Required to obtain and maintain a security clearance which requires US citizenship.

We are searching for a Executive Assistant that is creative, outgoing, and professional to provide high level administrative support to the designated executives of the organization; performs work of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors which requires judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions; handles details of highly confidential and critical nature; collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings for executive staff and outside individuals. Manages all Administrative talent within the organization aligning skills and resources to meet the support requirements of a diverse set of internal consumers. Management of this staff will include all traditional supervisory functions including selection, retention, development and compensation recommendation within guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides staff and office support for designated executives to include screening and handling telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors, and dealing with administrative issues and inquiries as they arise.

Serves as a primary point of contact and liaison on day-to-day operational and administrative issues; schedules and coordinates appointments and travel arrangements.

Organizes and facilitates meetings and special events; schedules and coordinates dates and times, venues, attendance, agendas, and facilities and provides administrative support and follow up on matters arising from meetings.

Coordinate the identification, retrieval and assembly of materials required for presentations, regularly scheduled reports, ensuring their accuracy and evaluating for content.

Composes and prepares written documentation and correspondence for the office; screens and evaluates incoming and outgoing correspondence and prepares responses as appropriate.
