Global automotive company seeks an experienced and flexible candidate to provide six months to one year maternity cover for the above post in the busy Training Department. The Training Department is responsible for the training of in excess of 4,000 delegates a year at three UK locations. This post reports directly into the Training Director, providing full operational support.

 

·         Day-to-day support to the Director providing reporting and statistical information regarding all operational and financial aspects of the Department, drafting written correspondence and proof reading

·         Building PowerPoint presentations for board level meetings

·         Full responsibility (with line management of a Budgeting Assistant) for ensuring all revenue is billed and all costs are controlled: Raising POs, authorising invoices and documenting all income and expenditure

·         To build three separate yearly budgets in two markets (six in total) with the Director and three Managers and re-submit on a quarterly basis

·         General facilities duties where required

·         High level complaint resolution (minimal volume)

·         Day to day management of admin team of three, the processes and online training database and training management system, including liaison with the system providers.

 

You will need:

 

·         Extensive use of Excel for data manipulation and budget control

·         Experience of a similar role

·         At least five years’ office experience
