Accountabilities:
Coordinate and project manage the market data survey collection process for executives.
Prepare preliminary conclusions and recommendations based on market findings.
Maintain the executive compensation database
Prepare variable pay funding and forecasting, base pay costing and various other analytics for the organization.
Under direction, provide analytics to support the design of executive compensation plans, the on-boarding and promotion of executives, proposals prepared for the Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors, and other projects as assigned.
Manage the annual executive share ownership program and aspects of the year-end executive award recommendations programs
Knowledge Skills: Knowledge:
- Advanced technical expertise with 2-3 years progressive experience in data analysis and HR tools.
- Undergraduate degree with 2-3 years analytical experience, preferably in Compensation/Human Resources, Finance or equivalent.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access database management, Powerpoint and Peoplesoft.
- Experience in statistical analysis and survey techniques.
- Innovative, creative, proactive self-starter, capable of managing multi-task assignments simultaneously.
- Solid technical, analytical and communication skills.
