Executive Compensation Manager - London, UK

An international Financial Services organisation is currently looking for an Executive Compensation Manager to join their London team. You will report into the Head of Compensation and your responsibilities will include:

- Collecting, analysing and presenting market data for relevant individuals;
- Fostering a performance feedback culture and managing the performance and CB approach for selected executive level staff;
- Designing and managing the approach to senior management compensation policies;
- Having responsibility for ensuring all global tax related policies and processes are inline and adhered to;
- Managing the design, governance and development of international reward products and policies;
- Managing a team of 3 direct reports;
- Working on the strategic aspects of Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management as opposed to the day to day operation and execution.

The successful candidate will:

- Have a background dealing with executive level Compensation and Benefits;
- Ideally have had some exposure to Performance Management and linking this with Compensation;
- Have a proven track record in designing and implementing compensation and benefits policies and processes;
- Ideally have worked for an international company in the Financial Services or Consulting industries;
- Have an understanding of tax legislation across a number of countries.
