Well established banking organisation is recruiting for an experienced Executive Complaints Writer.

You will be working in customer service environment alongside case handlers who will manage complaint cases for Corporate and Commercial Banking customers. Your role will involve overviewing the letters, amending letters, writing letters ensuring that they are at the right level of communication for the business. Introduce a learning library so the team can learn from the feedback. Coaching and supporting case managers. Liaison between Chief exec office and case managers, ensuring that the letters need to be written correctly.

Essential Experience
Experience of high level letter writing at a Executive level within Banking or Financial Services 
Excellent attention to detail, able to work in a pressured environment.
