The Company
The Client is one of Irelands leading corporate finance houses
The Challenge
One of the country’s leading corporate finance houses is looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Executive to join their team due to a sharp increase in activity and a growing pipeline of transactions. The role will involve carrying out industry and sector research, financial analysis and financial modeling to assist the senior team members in preparing client pitches whilst also assisting with the execution phase of transactions. This will be a generalist MA role where the candidate will be exposed to a variety of businesses across both industry and financial services sectors.
The Candidate
The successful Corporate Finance Executive must have the following:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in the financial services sector, preferably in a financial analyst or Corporate Finance role.
- Prior financial modeling experience.
- Proficient users of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
- Degree qualified with a minimum grade of 2.1 Honors from a business, finance or engineering discipline with strong quantitative skills.
- First rate presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
