Executive Director – Investor Relations recruitment

Our client is looking for an experienced Investor Relations or Corporate Finance professional to be responsible for their day to day corporate communication functions including investors, corporate and media relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initial set up of the Corporate Communications Department

• Develop policies, procedures and planning processes.

• Establish and drive Investor Relations strategies, aiming to increase the Company’s ROE.

• Deepen relationship with existing Investors and build relationship with potential investors to bring in new business opportunities for the Company.

• Disseminate Company information such as business strategies, development plans and periodical company performance to the investor community on a timely basis.

• Build and maintain a close network with PRC and International Investors, Fund Managers, Rating Agencies Financial Analysts and Media.

• Thorough understanding on market expectations.

• Take proactive approach in managing external stakeholders and respond to major public issues which affect the Company.

• Prepare corporate materials, half yearly and annual reports.

• Organize annual general meetings, investor conferences, press releases and road shows.

• Promote corporate branding and manage corporate affairs.

• Work closely with the Board of Directors Office and Chief Financial Officer within the company on Investor Corporate Relations matters.

• Owner of the company’s corporate website and to ensure all postings are reviewed before releasing to the public.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Corporate Communications, Marketing or Finance.

• Min. 15 yrs experience in Investor Relations or Corporate Finance in sizeable multinational Investment Banks.

• Familiar with PRC financial services industry and the Company’s investment products and services.

• Strong network with PRC and International Investors, Financial Analysts and Media.

• Strategic and responsive in managing critical situations.

• Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
