Executive Director - Debt Capital Markets (DCM) - Origination Structured Products.
Principal Marketing officer providing solutions for originating structured product. Identify investor appetite from internal and external sources, in order to originate and sell to the Capital Market investors.
Experience with Structured products such as Project Bonds, Air Craft Finance (EETC, ABS, Secured Bonds), ECA covered bonds and other ABS backed by Auto loan, Lease, trade receivable, real estate, leveraged loan etc. The incumbent will also be expected to support road shows to the investors.
You will have strong experience in the following areas - Structuring, Cash flow analysis, Valuation of Securities, Documentation, good communication with relevant parties internally and externally including investors, legal, accounting and tax counsels especially in arranging the deal.
