Challenging work
At Aldermore we value expertise. You’ll be using yours to work closely with Operational Managers and deliver market leading services to our intermediary and direct customer base. Managing key processes, staff development and business risk as well as the day to day running of the Originations team, you’ll provide consistent leadership – developing your team and driving performance improvement. Always looking for innovative ways to improve service and exceed stakeholder expectations, you’ll engender a learning and development culture in which individuals are inspired to improve their skills and deliver transformed performance.

In this dynamic environment you will need energy, infectious enthusiasm and the interpersonal skills to influence people in all areas and at all levels. With a proven track record of delivering continuous performance improvement through highly capable and motivated teams, you must have created and deployed comprehensive business/operating plans. Ideally, you’ll have worked in the Financial Services industry and have a thorough understanding of risk management and compliance with regulatory bodies and processes.
