Executive Director, Equity Capital Market recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the marketing, syndication, execution and origination of equity capital market transactions including Initial Public Offerings (IPO), share placements, block trades and other fund raising activities in Hong Kong and Great China region.
- Responsible for the vetting of all equity capital market deals accepted by the Company.
- Acquire and develop professional investor business relationships.
- Develop business and expansion plan of ECM team in Hong Kong.
- Liaise and coordinate with Institutional Sales and Corporate Finance teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines with professional qualification will be an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ solid ECM experience with major investment banks, of which 5 years in managerial capacity.
- With overseas road show experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in execution of IPO underwriting including H share.
- Existing Responsible Officer (RO) under SFC regulated activities for Type 1.
- Extensive knowledge of capital market rules and regulations in Hong Kong and China.
- Good working relationship with ECM departments of major Hong Kong investment banks.
- Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
