Position Description This position is responsible for the overall administration, direction and control of the residential community for Independent, Assisted, Supervised and Skilled Nursing Units, where applicable, at the facility. Demonstrates effective leadership to assure communication of Centura Health's mission, vision and core values and promotes the success of its goals. Bachelor?s Degree. Gerontology, Business or related healthcare preferred. Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role and 2 years working with the elderly. Colorado Assisted Living Certificate/ Personal Care Boarding Home (PCBH), and Colorado Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) required for SNF, preferred for AL/IL. Voted Home Care Elite for 2011.
