Responsibilities

- Responsible for management of end to end management of Executive Onboarding process across APAC
- Serve as single point of contact for candidates (both executive and non-executive) and hiring managers with queries
- Update tracking mechanisms and participate in metrics/data gathering
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with background check vendors, immigration vendors, and HR community
- Perform vendor management tasks as required (ensuring adherence to SLA's, invoice processing, attending regular status calls, participate in metrics reviews, etc.)
- Field queries from candidates, staffing, the HR community, and hiring managers on the onboarding process
- Address and eliminate potential issues or delays that could result in candidates missing their proposed start dates
- Handle queries and issues related to onboarding as and when they arise
- Perform data validation in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports, as required
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and customer focus
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, as assigned
- Perform other duties as required by management/leadership, as assigned- Required to work on public holidays

Requirements

- Recognized diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience gained in banking and finance industry
- Thorough understanding of onboarding process
- Excellent relationship development skills
- Strong Communication Skills - both written and verbal (can understand what is being requested, prioritize the search for information as needed, and respond back in a clean, concise manner)
- Executive Presence (must be comfortable speaking with senior candidates)
- Task oriented (understands deadline pressure and can overcome obstacles to find answers and deliver results)
- Analytical thinking (can translate responses from HRSS and vendors into meaningful, actionable items for hiring managers or candidates)
- Learns and adapts quickly (has a good working knowledge about immigration, background checks, and HRSS onboarding processes)
- Remains calm under pressure (capable of dealing with difficult stakeholders and potentially demanding timelines from hiring managers)
- Team player, energetic, service-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and assertive in maintaining confidentiality a MUST
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at a level appropriate to their grade
- Ability to manage a high volume of work under tight service delivery deadlines
- Well-versed with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Independent and self-motivated
- Experience with Siebel and Oracle modules a plus
