Job Description:
Adecco is looking for an all-star Recruiting Coordinator to cover a maternity leave at a top-tier information technology company right in Hopkinton! The ideal candidate will have a high interest in working and forging a career in recruiting or HR.

The primary focus of this position will be to assist with the recruiting efforts by ensuring that candidates experience a smooth introduction to the company throughout the recruiting process.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
* Generating external and internal offer letters, and processing backgrounds checks
* Verifying resumes for accuracy when imputing them into resume database system
* Promptly responding to manager, employee and candidate questions
* Scheduling candidate interviews
The primary responsibility of this person will be to set up all the interview scheduling. It is critical that applicants have previous experience coordinating interviews and hiring candidates who are at an executive level. Additionally, it is critical that all applicants demonstrate high-quality communication and organization skills, and has done interview scheduling in previous roles.
Job Experience:
-Proficiency in a variety of software applications, including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
-Possess very strong organizational and time management skills
-MUST have experience recruiting executive level candidates - this is a requirement!!!
-PeopleSoft knowledge a plus
-Must be comfortable with systems and learn quickly
