Executive Search Consultant recruitment

Due to significant market increase within the Banking, Financial Services arena, we are looking to hire a talented, entrepreneurial Banking/FS Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of building a strong desk.

• Are looking to gain up to 50% equity from day 1.

• Want to put their stamp on a business right from day 1

• Want an excellent commission structure, ability to earn divided

Established 16 years ago by 2 entrepreneurial individuals with a wealth of experience within the recruitment arena, we have gone from strength to strength. We are excellent to work with – entrepreneurial, grown up and an extremely professional environment with 40% of staff being here longer than 5 years.  

The role:

• High profile

• Full operational responsibility for growing the division including PL, Strategy and hiring plans.

• Recruiting, training and developing your team, you will be responsible for recruiting experienced consultants, but with the assistance of an internal Search to Search business.

• Pitching and Winning PSL’s and retained campaigns.

• 360 process including candidate generation, business development etc.

Candidate requirements:

• Proven track record as a Permanent recruiter placing from C-Level downwards.

• Previous billings north of £250,000 per year through Business Development and not Account Management.

• Previous track record of placing any of the following: Front, Middle Office, Accountants and Banking Operations Personnel, into Investment, Retail and Wholesale Banks.

• Excellent Candidate and Client Network within their space in the Financial Markets.

Remuneration:

Basic Salary + 50% equity with an upper quartile commission scheme paid through divided.
