Executive Secretary recruitment

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to provide direct support to the Chief Information Officer, APAC and also support the Head of Group Technology, Emerging Markets.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with APAC IT Management team to maintain daily calendar, scheduling all meetings and conference calls (internal external)
- Manage extensive calendar, telephone and email activity
- Organize meetings, events and conference calls with Senior Management
- Coordinate challenging travel arrangements, visas, complex itineraries
- Arrange meeting rooms and video conferences
- Assist with team recruitment process by coordinating resume distribution and interview scheduling
- Organize agendas and all materials for meetings
- Proactive self-starter, ability to work alone on occasion while still being a strong team player, confidence in dealing with employees and clients at all levels
- Discretion, good judgment and prioritization; strong sense of corporate responsibility; excellent client facing skills
- Able to interact with other administrative assistants on all levels of the organization
- Assist with additional projects as needed
Our ideal candidate should have the following requisites
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills ability to interact comfortably with individuals at all levels
- Mandarin language capability as an asset
- 6+ years of Senior support experience
- Strong pc skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent follow-up skills, organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Understand corporate policies and ensure that they are followed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours where necessary
