Executive Secretary recruitment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and arrange overseas travel arrangements- eg visas, flights accommodation
- Manage emails and calendar
- Assist in travel Expense claims reimbursements
- Handle office administrative duties for team
- Arrange meetings and conference calls
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Adaptable personality, with ability to work to tight deadlines and pressure in a dynamic and constantly changing environment Ability to handle multiple tasks
- High degree of common sense and a willingness to assume responsibility
- Excellent organisational skills and problems solving skills
- Confident in dealing with internal/external clients at all levels and in particular experience interacting and building rapport with assistants to executives at the most senior level of the organization
- Experience working in a large and complex organisation
- Good telephone manners
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook a must
