Expenses and travel coordinator
Top tier Global Asset Management Firm based in the heart of the city of London is currently looking to hire a travel and expenses coordinator for their Fixed Income team on a 6 months Fixed Term Contract basis.
This will represent a fantastic opportunity for any candidate with strong organisational skills and experience in organising travel and processing expenses in a Financial Services environment.
As travel and expenses coordinator you will be part of a team of about 15 people, have the opportunity to be part of an essential team in this Asset management firm and will work closely with other senior administrative staff and teams including HR, IT, etc.
Your main responsibilities:
* High level of planning and organisational skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* attention to detail
* High degree of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information
* Organising international and national travel
* Processing expenses
Key experience and attributes:
* Educated to at least A level standard
* Experience processing expenses and organising travel
* VISA requests experience will be an advantage
* Financial Services is a must
* Experience of foreign travel procedures and itinerary planning is an advantage
* Ability to work under pressure
