Job Description:
Experienced sales-driven, money-motivated professional needed for stable company located within the Dallas area. Qualified candidates must have a natural inclination to succeed!
Duties include, but may not be limited to:
**Client development and rapport building
a. Actively campaign target accounts-heavy outside sales (target 51% of the time)
b. Continue to develop client relationships through on-site visits.
c. New client development.
**Interface with clients to identify needs, obtain business through marketing calls.
**Maintain credit and collection standards in accordance with company policies.
**Continuously develop leads by networking and referrals.
**Coach, counsel and recommend applicants as required.
**Maximize gross margin dollars by utilizing company's business philosophy and sales techniques.
**Effectively manage all collections and aging of own accounts referring to manager when necessary.

Excellent written and verbal skills.
Professional appearance.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must possess excellent organizational/time management skills.
Must be multi-task oriented.
Proven ability to work with people at all levels.

Possess the knowledge and confidence to effectively develop clients via telephone or in person.
Related sales/customer service experience.
Ability to excel in a goal oriented sales environment.
Basic computer skills.
