LMS Supervisor/Analyst Job in Eden Prairie, Minnesota US

Position Description
???Provide Leadership and Support within LD
-Identify ways to continue to evolve LMS and LD in a strategic manner and drive greater productivity
-Build strong partnerships with LD team members and business stakeholders
-Own the governance process related to LMS and eLearning ensuring the process is known, documented and followed by all parties
-Supervise LD Centralized Coordination team
-Provide individual feedback, set goals that focus on improving customer satisfaction, monitoring service level performances and serve as a point of contact for escalated situations
-Coach team members using a variety of coaching methods and techniques regarding their performance on a regular basis; assist in writing and delivering mid-year and annual performance appraisals
-Process absence management requests while maintaining adequate team coverage

???Functional Expertise of System (SME)
-Act as the LMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR Service Center, LD Coordinators and others within LD, providing 2nd-level issue support
-Stay current on available functionality ;recommend ways to enhance how the system is used or integrate new functionality
-Own system testing for upgrades, patches and new functionality
-Serve as the LMS SME for support projects related to Bundles Implementation and PeopleSoft upgrades
-Ensure business process documentation is accessible, understood and followed by users
-Facilitate development of other LD team members??? expertise within the system
-Own LMS training and materials
-Integrate with other data sources and ensure understanding of processes that occur outside of system

???Ownership of Business Process
-Own LMS and LD processes and focus on ways to streamline; clearly document, review regularly and update as enhancements and changes are made

???Ownership of Data Integrity
-Own business rule documentation; clearly document, review regularly and update as enhancements and changes are made
-Proactively identify audits in partnership with HRIS to validate data and behavior in the system to ensure consistency and proper utilization across all users

???Ownership of Reporting and Metrics
-Consult with the business and LD to understand systems, and reporting and metrics needs; partner with HRIS to best meet needs
-Provide support to LD leaders by collecting and analyzing data, and reporting results
-Orchestrate quarterly metrics reporting including process management, data analysis and summary
-Define consistent measurement practices for LD courses and programs
-Analyze trends and contribute to the narrative supporting quarterly reporting
-Own standard ad-hoc queries and SQRs supporting training data documentation

Required Qualifications
???At least 5+ years of relevant experience (HRIS Analyst, LD and LMS) and at least 1 year Supervisory experience
???Strong trouble shooting and analytical skills in order to ensure data integrity, resolve issues and ensure effective system usage
???Ability to utilize independent judgment in high level decision making on decisions that have significant impact across the enterprise
???Strong consulting, relationship building and interpersonal skills
???Ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as part of a team
???Exceptional project management skills
???Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
???Excellent verbal and written communication
???Must be able to handle a fast paced environment, last minute requests, as well as changing and competing priorities
???Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications
???Master???s degree in Human Resources or related field
???10 or more years in combined LD and LMS or related business experience
???Experience with PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management 8.9 or 9.1
???Global LMS implementation and/or administration
