Experienced Field Trial Supervisor
Secure a long term contract before the Christmas period, working on an extremely high-profile Government project.
Within this position you will be responsible for all project management and coordination activities relating to planned Field Trials within a larger program of works. You will be responsible for coordinating team members and ensuring the project milestones are successfully met. You will ensure effective communication across the program of works as well as assisting in implementation of project resource plans.
Ideally for this position you will have experience in coordinating field trial implementation activities, particularly within a Transport/operations environment. Experience of large IT/Payment systems is a benefit. You will have experience in effective risk and issue management, as well as the proven ability to develop excellent stakeholder relationships.
The ideal candidate will posses the following:
- 5 + years in a similar role – Project Management/General Management
- Project management and implementation of Field Trials for complex projects
- Business, People and Processes impact identification, analysis and planning
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to a high standard
- Experience of leading a team through design, build and delivery of IT enabled projects
- Excellent negotiation skills and not afraid to constructively voice an opinion
