EXPERIENCED SCHEDULER/DISPATCHER – MIDLAND, TX
US Land Lift Systems product line provides artificial lift systems, including electric submersible pumps (ESP) and progressive cavity pump systems, as well as specific engineering, project management and well monitoring services. Centrilift ESP systems can operate in harsh downhole environments that include high gas-to-oil ratio production, heavy oil, high temperatures and abrasive-laden fluids. New systems also address the needs of coal bed methane and subsea production.
Role Synopsis: Under general supervision, coordinates and determines the number of production hours required for each production job and verifies that the schedule can be met. Responsible for the daily coordination and scheduling of technicians to pull, install and service electric submersible pumps (ESP) throughout the Permian Basin.
The right candidate for this role will be a confident individual who can accept the challenge and high degree of responsibility entailed in the position. The Scheduler must have excellent judgment and be able to prioritize decisions and act quickly in the best interest of the customer, and must be able to function independently at optimum level in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate and scheduled technicians to pull and install electrical submersible pumps for the oil field
- Coordinated and scheduled technicians to do service work on electrical submersible pumping systems
- Generated accurate reports pertaining to the pull and install monthly dataMaintain reports for the Regional Manager, Master Scheduler, account managers and shop personnel so they stay informed of the jobs in progress and the upcoming jobs
- Work with customers and account managers daily to ensure the jobs are efficient and timely
- Take calls all day from customers, account manager and technicians
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with demanding customers
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in computer skills (Word and Excel).
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task using multi-line phone and computer.
- Capable of managing high volume phone calls including problem resolution.
- Strong communication skills
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year experience as a scheduler or dispatcher in a high volume environment
- High School degree or GED
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Oilfield industry experience
