Our client is a specialist Exploration Drilling contractor with a long list of global mining resource companies currently demanding their services. Their strong safety focus and culture for excellence have lead them to require the expertise of an experienced Exploration drill supervisor to oversee their operations in the North West Pilbara region.
Your previous supervisory experience will ensure you are able to maintain production targets and coordinate and manage drill crews. Your leadership and strong communication skills will help you to enforce the highest standard of operating practices and be able to generate weekly operational reports and cost-analysis.
Your time spent in the industry will help you identify and deliver improvement strategies and provide budgetary forecasting on current and future projects.
To be considered you will be required to warrant a proven track record of operating a variety of Exploration Drill Rigs including Diamond and RC Rigs. You will also need to demonstrate previous experience at a Drill Supervisory level.
