My client are a leader in the field of solutions selling to the mining and resources industries. They have international operations and are well established, with some excellent new products coming through and a solid and well known list of miners as current clients.

Job Description

As an Export Co-ordinator you will be responsible for liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that goods are shipped correctly and in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Booking of transport to enable on time shipping of goods.
• Provide shipping quotes and timings when required.
• Liaising with external shipping companies to arrange shipping of products.
• Manage external shippers to ensure best price and service is delivered.
• Communicating dispatch/delivery information to customers and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful for this role it is required that you at least 3 years experience in a similar position. You will have prior experience co-ordinating international logistics ideally to remote locations including Africa, South America and South East Asia. You will have an in depth knowledge and understanding of INCOTERMS and an acute attention to detail. Candidates with a strong freight forwarding background are encouraged to apply.
