Growing company in Suffolk VA searching for an Full- Time Exports Coordinator to join their team! Position Details: Process export shipments for clients located in South America. Communicate directly with vendors and service providers, Process orders and monitor shipments. Coordinate with freight forwarder, NVOCC and/or steam ship lines. Preparation of export documents for ocean and air and verify all shipping documentation for accuracy. Ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills. Must be highly motivated and deadline driven. Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish/Brazilian Portuguese).
