A leading financial services company are looking for a facilities coordinator for a 4 month contract based in the CBD.

Reporting to the facilities manager, this is a hands-on and fast paced role in which you need to building rapport with those in the business including line managers and stakeholders and offering great service is key.

You will assist with day to day facilities requirements and projects.
specific duties and responsibilities include
assisting with the management of facilities based office communication
managing request for tenancy maintenance repairs
staff move and churn management
some handson minor repairs
