Facility Manager [Ref:Facility Manager _WL] recruitment

Responsibilities:

Space and facilities management (including the management of a data centre)
Management of office relocation, restacking and renovation projects
Health and safety in the work environment, including office security
Building management including maintenance of relationships with landlords, lease negotiations and office insurances
Procurement management, including competitive tendering processes and maintenance of vendor relationships, managing procedures and policies
Preparation of annual budget for occupational cost
Inventory control over office furniture and equipment
Management the facilities of business recovery site

Job Requirement:

At least 5 years relevant experience in renovation project management and facilities management
Responsible for project planning, budgeting and control
Liaison with departmental heads to review their business unit space requirements and present design and space planning solutions for moves and changes
Proven track record to handle project independently from sketch to final completion including reviewing architectural/structural design and project specifications, monitoring work progress against project schedule, assisting in technical negotiation with the relevant parties, coordinate and arrange migration of staff, prepare the project closing documents including final cost report, new and transfer of fixed assets, internal cost allocation etc
Strong ability in EM
Strong team leading skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Mature, well-organized, self-motivated
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese and fluency in Putonghua
