This boutique accountancy practice based just outside Central London has a job opening for a qualified accountant with ambition and a strong desire to one day become partner. This firm have a varied client base but some of their largest clients fall in to the construction industry.
Due to continual growth, this firm are looking for a confident and ambitious individual to join their team of business advisors. You will work on a varied portfolio and reporting to all of the partners. The range of services on offer will be anywhere from statutory compliance to advisory and ad-hoc projects. You will be in close contacts with your clients as they will come to rely on you as a trusted business advisor.
The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with at least three years experience in practice. You will have strong all round experience in accounts preparation and audit and ideally some experience in tax matters. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be in contact with clients on a regular basis, on the phone, in person and via email. A desire to develop and build those relationships, truly get involved in a clients business and be an integral part to the growth and success of their business is essential. In return you will be offered an above market rate salary and a genuine opportunity to progress in to a senior management position and to partner once proven.
