Transaction Services Executive

A Top10 accountancy practice is looking to recruit an experience Corporate Finance Executive to join their team in Reading. 

In this role you will use your previous experience while working closely with senior and junior members within the team to assist in the timely delivery of services. You will gain an understanding and experience in the filed of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors, and or reporting accountants work. You will also have developed sector knowledge. 

The successful candidate will be an ACA  or ACCA qualified accountant  and will have responsibility for supporting transaction services projects and the teams in the performance of hands-on fieldwork including having responsibility for briefing, supervising and developing junior staff. On smaller projects or aspects of larger projects you will be responsible for projects administration, target liaison, project management, including monitoring budgets and ensuring that work is completed within agreed deadlines and managing your workload to meet deadlines. You will have an awareness and understanding of risk management practices and processes and will develop a clear understanding of the client's business and their priorities. You will identify and present solutions to potential issues and provide an point of contact throughout the engagement dealing with requests and issues in a timely manner in conjunction with senior members of the teams. You will provide clients with value-adding recommendations for improvements in processes and controls and ensure that client feedback is addressed and communicated to the Project Managers. You will accompany more senior team members to meetings with clients as required and support practice development activity and demonstrate an awareness of sales opportunities. You will supervise, coach and develop junior members of staff within teams.
