Fatca – Business Analyst – Geneva recruitment
This contractor position aims to identify and evaluate the impacts of FATCA on the organisation, including processes and information systems.
- The role will require interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders across the business areas, Group IT and external suppliers.
- Typical areas of responsibility include;
- analysis and development of business requirements; clearly articulating business need
- development of Operational and Front Office processes ("as is" and "to be")
- assessment of the impact of change on business processes
- assessment of impact of change on colleagues and customers
- investigation and contribution to resolution of business risks issues
- production of regular and Adhoc reports
- resolution of design issues in conjunction with Group IT
- scoping of a variety of impacted areas: products, processes etc
- development of user guides and support documentation
- support of test preparation and execution
- support of implementation preparation and execution
Profile
Experience in Change Management, Offshore Banking and Regulatory driven projects would be a strong advantage..
- 10+ years of experience in a Bank (PB) or in a consultancy firm, advanced Fatca and QI experience / skills
- english fluent, other languages a plus
- strong leadership, outstanding communication skils as required in a large / international firm
The position is based in Geneva as a "Contractor". Duration of the project is 3 months and renewal may take place.
