The Salvation Army is a dynamic, faith-based, non-profit organization. We are currently seeking a Regional Accounting Clerk for the Arkansas/Oklahoma Divisional Headquarters. If you have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field and two years progressively responsible experience performing double-entry computerized accounting work with Great Plains accounting software, this position may be of interest to you!
The successful incumbent in this position will be responsible for performing a variety of routine and complex clerical accounting functions, and administering the day-to-day operations of the Great Plains Accounting Program for an assigned region by using a functionalized double-entry accounting package. This position serves as accounting support between the assigned local units and Divisional Headquarters.
