FATCA Business Analyst recruitment

Education and Experience Required:

• Working knowledge of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)

• Bachelor’s Degree (business, finance or accounting preferred)

• 10+ years related experience in financial services analysis

• Banking background with strong product knowledge

• Recent experience writing business requirements – current role or within the previous 3 years

• Proven experience in meeting tight deadlines and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment

Key Tasks and Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Work with project team to collect and analyze business requirements from all levels of stakeholders

• Cite prior examples of business requirements and verbalize what dictates a proper business requirement

• Develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across all business areas

• Lead initiatives such as workshops to gather required information and document the acquired results of analysis and workflows, and obtain appropriate sign-off when required.

• Ensure that all changes to documentation and procedures are managed in line with Change Management standards

• Constructively challenge and review traditional working practices to ensure risks are minimized and solutions are practical

• Actively practice and promote a quality customer service ethos to both internal and external points of contact
