FATCA Compliance Manager recruitment
Our client, one of the largest banks regionally is looking for a FATCA Compliance Manager to join its team.
As part of the Compliance function you will be responsible for the implementation of the FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliant Act). You will be responsible for reviewing FATCA to ensure succesful implentation of regulatory requirements and training compliance and other staff members on FATCA. As FATCA Manager you will have an understanding of US Nationals, foreign financial institutions and cross border taxation. Account documentation and information reporting will be a regular responisbility.
Applicants will have a qualification in taxation, finance, regulation or business law. An understanding of internal audit and compliance will be essential for this role as well as a knowledge of the FATCA requirements and taxation regimes. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal is essential.
