Program Director recruitment

Leading Healthcare software provider is expanding in the APAC region due to winning a number of large contracts. The Program Director reports to the Regional Vice President, providing leadership and accountability for all aspects of delivery to clients. You will be responsible for the coordination of the planning, organizing, and integration of all tasks associated with the implementation of software products and interfaces.

Responsibilities

•Work collaboratively with the Sales team
•Assess client needs pre and post contract and translate that into an effective implementation plan
•Establish and manage complex relationships with a diverse set of key clients
•Identify opportunities to promote and engage Global resources
•Define and document scope, implementation plan, and resource requirements
•Validate the project strategy and to define the team structures for the execution of the project
•Coordinate with Sales to assure that appropriate client expectations are set with respect to project deliverables, timelines, training and budgets
•Serve as strategic advisor and executive liaison to client and serve as primary control point for project issues.
•Effectively articulate implementation plan to the project team
•Establish and implement a project QA plan including project risk and mitigation plans
•Provide leadership and management
•Mentor consultants
•Work with RVP and Sales leadership to drive account strategy
•Maintain product knowledge and expertise
•Collaborate with Knowledge Management team to leverage best practices and provide feedback for enhancements

Requirements:

•Five to seven years experience in healthcare service delivery
•Excellent understanding of healthcare operations and work flow
•High comfort level discussing and addressing complex healthcare business and technology issues
•Proven ability to interact with client executive management
•Successful record of managing a minimum of one complex project life cycle within healthcare industry
•Ability to successfully manage in a matrix structure utilizing a team of resources which includes third party and global resources
•Ability to persuade client to accept best solutions to identified problems or deficiencies
•Ability to analyze clients’ business needs and determine implementation project requirements
•Ability to work with all levels of client management to ensure proper communication of project status and to identify and escalate issues as appropriate
•Previous experience in a similar role with another HIT/Healthcare Information System product preferred
•Experience following a structured implementation methodology for the applicable software products
•College/University Degree or equivalent, MBA preferred but not required
•PMP Certification preferred
