FATCA / KYC Project / Change Manager
Job Description:
- Acting as the project manager in Asia in facilitating the implementation of FATCA
- Report to the Group Project Team and Head of Operations, Asia in delivering of objectives
- Chairing of regular meetings with project group in Asia, drafting of agenda and taking minutes
- Update and issue task plans and follow up with responsible parties
- Liaise closely with all participating parties to ensure issues and concerns are discussed and addressed
- Maintenance of shared team site for market and working groups updates
- Ensure deadlines are observed and escalate issues as need
Requirements:
- Strong project management skill with around 5 years of working experience on regional projects
- Previous experience on asset management business
- Sound knowledge on AML/KYC compliance and process is definitely an asset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Focus on details and work with tight deadlines
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Project is desirable
