The main objective is to provide leadership and direction to the unit's Finance function, Reorganization of the Finance Function internal control nationwide strengthening will be among the key tasks to prepare for explosive growth. Ultimately, "down the road" may include: possible spin off of the Repairs Maintenance Business; private equity; IPO; etc

Key role in driving cultural change throughout to execute agreed upon business strategy

Focus will be on the various elements of costing and pricing repairs and maintenance services as well as tracking effectiveness and efficiency / productivity by any combination of: service type; location; department; outsourcer; insourcer; unit; etc. Will also play key role in inventory control (mostly spare parts) as well as Asset Registers (mainly buses plus tools / equipment)

Drive the Budgeting Balanced Scorecard processes (including development as required). Ensure that these processes are used as key tools and progress measuring barometers to support business performance.

Developing financial accounting approaches, policies and procedures (including: Credit; Costing / Management Acct; Transfer Pricing management; CAPEX; Accounting; Risk Management; controls; budgeting rolling forecasting) and ensuring their consistent effective and efficient functioning.

Managing all matters pertaining to any applicable taxation (i.e. Zakat (capital Tax); withholding taxes; etc)

Bachelors degree in accounting/finance and a professional accounting qualification i.e. ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA.

Native Arabic speaker with excellent English preferred but would consider the right non-Arab speakers. Saudi experience would be ideal, but would also consider those with relevant experience from outside of the Kingdom

Extensive on the floor "hands on" experience in all aspects of modern large scale Repairs Maintenance is a must (prefer buses or trucks but would consider repairs and maint in other sectors with large spare parts components and extensive multi-site operations - ie: shipping; certain elements of defense; heavy manufacturing; etc ). To include extensive "hands on" exposure to: body and paint shops; engine and transmission overhaul; quick service networks; maintenance programs; fleet management; parts / supply chain mgmt; processes; procedures; training acct staff in: complex, large inventory, widely dispersed, multi site / logistics situations with customer focus (internal and external)
