Job Description
The Product Planning Organization leads the company in the definition of Product and Customer requirements for our vehicles. The Feature Planning Manager is responsible for identification of product feature trends and ideas that align to Brand and competitive needs. They will provide vehicle specific feature recommendations. It all starts with the customer: what they think of the brand and product; what needs motivate purchase; how insights help connect consumers to our products. Additional responsibilities of this position include understanding the competitive landscape and specific competitor attributes. Compiling business cases for new features/content and translating brand objectives into product attributes/features will also be expected.
