Field Contract Administrator

Location - Utah

RESPONSIBLITIES:
The Contract Administrator roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting OM, Field Construction, PSCM and Contract Accountable Managers in ensuring that contractors fulfill their obligations under the contract;
- Ensuring that client pays only for what is provided in the contract and eliminating off-contract spend;
- Increasing commitment integrity;
- Increasing invoice review capability and invoice accuracy;
- Supporting the line in improving scope development, scope change management and contractor cost estimates.

DELIVERABLES:
- Manage to the OM
- Verify Contractor Cost Estimates;
- Verify scope change and provide conditional approval for change;
- Track and Change Order tracking log;
- Arrange Contractor Kick off meetings;
- Facilitate alignment between OM, PSCM, OM Services, OM Controls and the Contractor on change orders, invoice format and content, and contract and project controls requirements for lump sum and reimbursable contracts;
- Feedback Contractor performance;
- Verify contractor site daily inputs: man hours, head count, equipment;
- Provide contract manuals as required based on value/risk;
- Review and recommend action on problem invoices.
